课程简介：本课程主要探讨中世纪和近代早期欧亚地区的环境史。它紧跟西方学术前沿，主要选定四个区域，即中欧和东欧，蒙古和东南亚，采用案例研究法进行讲述。同时，本课程还介绍西方相关学术文献，系统梳理西方主要的学术争论，以拓宽学生们的学术视野，使之加深对相关学术问题的理解。（The aim of the course is to offer an overview on the most important environmental-historical issues in the period of Middle Ages and in the Early Modern Period in different regions of Europe and Asia. The course is designed with the help of case studies organized mainly in a chronological order, and it focuses on four selected areas: Central and Eastern Europe, Mongolia and South-East Asia. The case studies also represent different approaches in environmental-historical research and present different traditions of scholarly work and academic discussions. At the same time, the course also offers an introduction to the most important sources for these studies and these are presented in the framework of interdisciplinary investigations. Relevant scholarly literature, academic debates and discussions will be treated in connection with the case studies, but they also offer together a more general view on the state-of-the-art of this academic field. The course does not offer a full coverage of the relevant questions, but the sequence of topics can be seen as an insight to a complex research field with significant international research. Furthermore, the selected case studies, and particularly some of the geographical regions to be discussed are less treated in the general handbooks of the field, or the presented aspects are not so much studied in the basic textbooks. Thus, it will cover a broad horizon of a fast developing research field for the students.）
主讲嘉宾简介：
József Laszlovszky，曾分别于1991年和1993年获得匈牙利罗兰大学和匈牙利科学院博士学位，现为匈牙利中欧大学中世纪研究系教授，主要从事中世纪中东欧农业考古和环境史研究，主持匈牙利国家科研基金项目《1241—1242年蒙古对匈牙利的入侵与它的欧亚背景》。
